Control and Regulate Access to Your Building

Physical security and access control security have become increasingly important and the industry has seen tremendous growth and innovation.

Much of this growth and innovation has been driven by organizations looking for solutions that offer more enhanced features, better security, and increased flexibility.

Choosing the right access control system can solve programs and create efficiencies.

100% control. The protection of critical infrastructures and sensitive data against unauthorised access begins at the door. With traditional locking systems, access cannot be logged, time-limited or centrally managed. The question is “Who has access, where and when”

What is access control and why is it vital?

Access control systems provides security by giving flexible control over who is allowed to enter your premises. Access control system is one of the most common used system in electronic door control using a RF card or a key-fob which can be accessed by swiping through a reader on the door.

These access control systems are used for security purposes. The areas or organizations which require high security use different types of access control systems like bio metric, RFID, door controllers and card readers etc.

Each access point may be controlled individually as per the requirement of company or organizations where high security is necessary. Network security is also important, especially in a company which handles sensitive data.

The Bio-metric Access Control System utilizes a fingerprint reader as its front end point for access and it tracks and records data, the system uses fingerprint instead of card system for access. This is widely used in time and attendance, high security installation systems, work sites confidential places for its easy installation and high security.

The Access Control System not only permits entry but also gives the data regarding the entry of persons. The Attendance Software can be integrated with any existing payroll software and it gives automatic record of information generated by the Attendance System and this saves time and resources in recording. It increases productivity and profitability for any organization.

Access control & video management on a single platform.

Combining next generation access control and video management on one user-friendly, online interface means you can manage the security of your site easily, you can manage up to 100 sites from a single server, making multi-site management simple and cost-effective.

Access control and IP cameras regularly co-exist in the same buildings yet are rarely integrated due to the complexity. We combined both technologies to remove the complexity and deliver the benefits of an integrated solution.

Access control offers a secure, convenient, flexible and cost-effective way of controlling who has access to your building and when that access is allowed.

Video management provides surveillance of your site, increasing the security of your building without complicated integrations. With the PRO and CORE Series of cameras, you can tailor your solution to meet your requirements.

Combining these two solutions into a single, user-friendly system makes managing the security of your sites much simpler. The library of free apps are also available to help you access your security system from a smartphone or tablet.

How Does It Work?.....

Once access control and video management has been installed you can manage who has access to your building and when, from the same software that provides video footage of what happens on site.

All doors on the system will lock automatically and will only open when an authorised access token is presented. Should a forced entry attempt be made, the surveillance cameras will capture the event and alert the system administrator.

Multi-site Made Simple
  • Powerful. Scalable. License Free.

  • Manage multiple sites on one system with the latest software updates

  • Using Cloud Services your system can span buildings, cities, countries and continents with no complicated setup or physical network required.

The world has changed the way it relates to security.
The reality of convenient hands-free access control is here, true hands free access control.

People no longer want to touch public door handles, push buttons on elevators or swipe a proximity card reader for access.  Modern-era access control systems still rely on fob readers, Biometrics, electronic locks, and physical contact. However, every aspect of our lives is rapidly evolving, and the future demands touch-less access control systems for a safer way to access your homes and buildings. Therefore, it makes sense to invest in touch-less technologies and also understand the core benefits of employing such access control systems into your spaces.

while searching for your keys or fob/access control card when you approach a door, imagine as you approach the door automatically unlocks as you reach it and locks behind you as you go. Our hands free access control solutions technology is a great way of improving movement around a site or simply getting you into the office faster!

What is touch-less access control?

Touch-less Access Control is designed to offer a contact-less way for the employees and visitors to enter the building. With touch-less access control systems, you can eliminate any need for physical contact, and your employees can use face recognition, hand wave gesture, or mobile app access to get inside the building.

Contact-less access control systems rely on smart touch-less card readers and scanners that can quickly identify and scan the encoded numbers on access cards to grant access. Moreover, these systems also use a Bluetooth connection for employees who want to use the secure company app on their smartphones to enter the building.

Hands-free door unlocking

Commercial buildings have adapted with hands-free solutions that improve facilities’ cleanliness and maintain hygiene. These solutions lower the spread of germs through high-frequency touch-points within the building.Today’s pandemic situation requires minimal contact with the surface to reduce the spread of germs. These contact-less hand-free solutions can minimize the risk of virus transmission. There are different touch-less solutions, such as low touch mechanical solutions:

  • Arm or foot pull, push or pull paddle trim, hold-open devices.

  • Low touch electromagnetically solutions: electrified hold-open devices. Electromagnetic solutions pair a low energy door operator with a wave-to-open switch and electric latch retraction exit devices.

  • Touch-less Fully automated solutions: low energy operators with electrified hardware and actuator.

Touch-less access control systems offer you the safety and security of current access systems but eliminate unnecessary physical contact. Communal places are a hub of germs, diseases, and airborne viruses, and it makes sense to use touch-less access to refrain from any physical activities. These systems are designed to eliminate any indirect contact between individuals and stop the virus from exchanging hosts.

Right now, your business must be using old access systems with a key card swipe functionality where the employees have to physically swipe the card, pull the door, and then enter the building. These key card systems and door controllers are among the most commonly touched surfaces in any business place. You need to use touch-less access systems to eliminate these common touch points to reduce the risks of diseases transfer and spread.

Employees and visitors can also use the facial recognition system to unlock the door. This face recognition system can also be paired up with internal security systems to keep track of visitors at all times.

Electronic Access Control

Available in a variety of technologies, our line of electronic access control products provide security reliability and convenience on single or multiple door applications, from high security openings to high-traffic environments.

Networked and Standalone Systems

Electronic Access Control Systems fall into two categories, standalone and networked, using a networked system, you control everything from a computer or web browser. This includes buildings in different buildings or different countries.

Standalone systems are physically pre-programmed at each point. So if you need to remove a lost or stolen token from your system, you will need to do this at the control point, most of these system are also referred to access management as opposed to access control

Most User Facing systems consist of the following; a reader, locking system, and power and the controller. Most people are familiar with key cards, ID badges, and other forms of security credentials. The user presents the access code/token and the system approves or rejects the request for entry. Tokens can include a keypad, bio-metric, a swipe, tap, or a proximity card. Proximity cards operate when the user is within a short distance, typically two to six inches, from the reader. Proximity readers can communicate with an ID badge, FOB, key, card, or smartphone. Access management control systems record the activity, once the user activates the reader to verify credentials. “Innovations are having a profound effect on the user experience. Where security may have been seen as a barrier or a hindrance in the past, it is now enabling a truly seamless experience."
